number was originally sung by Kumar Sanu and Kavita Krishnamurthy.
A source

who has been working on the new version since the past few months. It has new
beats to appeal to the Gen X but the fun element is intact, which was Rohit’s
brief.”
Source further adds, “In Simmba, Ranveer and Sara’s characters will be seen teasing and flirting with each other.”
Talking
